18th Street Design is the creative work of Jay C. Wingard, a Columbia born multimedia artist and composer. Located in the historic Columbia Vista, 18th Street is focused on intelligent internet design with an unprecedented elegant style.

Founded in 1995, we use tried and true internet and new media technologies and are founded on the basic principle of treating our customer fairly. Customer service is the core of 18th Street and we treat our customers accordingly!

About the Founder/Creative Director
Jay Wingard is a professional graphics designer with over 20 years of experience in design and programming. Jay is also a musician with over 28 years of experience in music composition.

He served for many years as founder and director of i2Media, a progressive internet development group at the University of South Carolina and has experience in multi-faceted business practices from private sector companies to large state and government agencies. Jay is a Microsoft Certified Professional and is a member of American Society of Authors & Composers. His designs have been honored with several awards including the coveted international "American Design Award".
